为有效保障高空作业人员的安全,防止高空坠落事故发生,研制了一种便携式高空作业平台,高空作业人员可以将安全带牢固地安装在平台上。该装置利用杠杆原理,以墙体和窗台为支点,通过调整平台杠杆与墙体的距离,使得人体工作面杠杆与墙体背面阻力面杠杆所产生的摩擦力平衡,达到保障高空作业安全高效的目的。最后通过现场实际安装空调和搬运煤气罐来验证该装置的有效性,结果表明:该装置安全性高、结构简单、操作方便、功能多,可广泛用于高空室外空调安装、煤气罐搬运等工作。
In order to effectively protect the safety of aerial work personnel and prevent the occurrence of falling accidents at high altitude, a portable aerial work platform was developed, and the aerial work personnel can securely attach the safety belt to the platform. The device utilizes the principle of lever to balance the friction between the lever of the human body surface and the lever of the resistance surface on the back of the wall by adjusting the distance between the lever of the platform and the wall by using the wall and the windowsill as the fulcrum so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aerial work purpose. Finally, the actual installation of air conditioners and gas tanks were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the device. The results show that the device has high safety, simple structure, easy operation and multiple functions, and can be widely used in the installation of outdoor air-conditioners in high altitude and gas tank. .
