以机械活化法制备PVC/石墨/木薯渣三相木塑导电复合材料,采用力学性能测试、电阻率测试及TGA和DSC分析对导电复合材料进行表征。结果表明:木薯渣含量在15%以下时对复合材料的导电性能影响不大,当木薯渣添加量达到15%时,复合材料的导电渗滤阀值增加到6%~8%,电阻率从2.418×10~7Ω·cm降低到40.283Ω·cm,拉伸强度和弯曲强度可达50.13 MPa和47.76 MPa,比未添加木薯渣时分别提升了9.4%和19.3%。TGA和DSC分析结果表明:采用机械球磨法制备PVC/石墨/木薯渣系列导电复合材料,可以有效提升材料的耐热性能。
PVC / graphite / cassiterite three-phase wood-plastic conductive composites were prepared by mechanical activation method. The conductive composites were characterized by mechanical property test, electrical resistivity test and TGA and DSC analysis. The results showed that when the content of cassava was less than 15%, the conductivity of the composites had little effect. When the content of cassava residue reached 15%, the conductivity of the composites increased from 6% to 8% 2.418 × 10 ~ 7Ω · cm reduced to 40.283Ω · cm, tensile strength and flexural strength reached 50.13 MPa and 47.76 MPa, respectively, 9.4% and 19.3% higher than those without adding cassava residue. The results of TGA and DSC show that the mechanical properties of PVC / graphite / cassava slag conductive composites prepared by mechanical milling can effectively enhance the heat resistance of the materials.
