如何有效提升用户满意度,增强用户粘性是当下各大互联网专车企业关注的重点之一。本文通过“滴滴出行用户满意度调查”调查了用户对使用滴滴出行乘车的满意度状况,通过实证分析探寻目前滴滴出行服务的问题并提出相应的建议。
How to effectively enhance customer satisfaction and enhance customer stickiness is the focus of the current major Internet car companies. In this paper, we investigate the user satisfaction with the drip travel by means of “user satisfaction survey of drip travel”, and explore the current problems of drip travel service through empiric analysis and put forward corresponding suggestions.
