采用富含碱金属和碱土金属元素的黄豆秸秆灰对铁矿石载氧体进行了改性,并在流化床上考察了改性铁矿石载氧体的燃煤化学链燃烧反应特性.结果表明,黄豆秸秆灰的存在能够明显改善铁矿石的反应性能,CO2捕集浓度、碳转化率和瞬时气化速率均得到不同程度的提高.随着黄豆秸秆灰添加量和运行温度的增加,改性铁矿石的反应性能得到逐渐提升.对改性铁矿石循环反应特性的研究表明,黄豆秸秆灰中高K/Si比能够防止铁矿石载氧体的严重烧结,使得改性铁矿石能够保持多孔结构,循环反应性能保持稳定,但需要加强黄豆秸秆灰在铁矿石载氧体上的附着能力.“,”The soybean stalk ash (SSA) rich in alkali and alkali-earth elements was adopted to modify the iron ore oxygen carrier, and the reaction performance of SSA-modified iron ores in coal-fuelled CLC process was evaluated in a fluidized bed reactor. The results show the reaction performance of iron ore significantly promoted by the presence of SSA, with the CO2 capture concentration, carbon conversion and instantaneous gasification rate improved in different degrees. With the increases of SSA loading content and operating temperature, the SSA modified iron ores show a gradual increase in its reactivity. The test focusing on the cyclic reaction performance of modified iron ore shows that the high ratio of K to Si in SSA could prevents severe sintering occurred on iron ore, the modified iron ore could keep a porous structure with the stable recyclability achieved, but the adherence of SSA on iron ore oxygen carrier should be strengthened.
