在平时的女生主导班级体育教学中,如果让女生做示范,往往场面都会比较尴尬,因为大多数女生都不愿做,只好让男生做示范;在课堂练习中,大部分男生很主动,女生却很少动。所以高中阶段女生的的体育技能和身体素质不但没有提高,反而下降。面对以上这种情况,作为一名体育教师必须从女生的身心特点出发,科学合理地安排符合女生特点的教学内容,采用灵活多变,形式新颖的教学方法,建立和谐融洽的课堂氛围,才能真正提高女生主导班级体育课教学质量。
