油画《南京大屠杀》与另外90多幅描绘母爱、农村和中国少数民族人物的作品,组成了一个以《人性与爱》为主题的画展。从1994年开始,旅美华人画家李自健便开始自费带着自己的这些作品到世界各地办巡回展览。几年来,画展走遍了全球20多个国家,观众已经达到了60多万人次。 到荷兰的第一站,观众们被《南京大屠杀》感动,而日本人却提出撤画的请求。 1999年10月25日,巡回展来到荷兰。首次展览在荷兰霍恩市的西弗里博物馆开幕后立刻吸引了荷兰公众,人们对《南京大
The painting “The Nanjing Massacre” and another 90 paintings depicting maternal aces, rural people and Chinese ethnic minorities formed an exhibition entitled “Humanity and Love”. Since 1994, Li Zijian, a Chinese painter in the United States of America, has started to tour these exhibitions around the world at his own expense with these works. Over the past few years, the exhibition traveled more than 20 countries around the world, and the audience has reached more than 600,000 visitors. To the first stop in the Netherlands, the audience was touched by the “Nanjing Massacre”, while the Japanese made the request for withdrawal.
