教师专业素质是确保教育教学活动顺利开展的基本条件,能够对学生产生直接或间接的影响。新课改为教育教学创新与改革带来了新的方法与思想,这就要求教师必须转变教育教学观念,重新定位教学角色和提升自身教学水平。观念对教师素质的提升具有一定的导向力,在实际工作中,教师要更新教育观念,走专业化发展道路,我们要建立制度保障,确立终身学习机制,实现教师素质内在性的提高。
Teachers’ professional qualities are the basic conditions for ensuring the smooth running of education and teaching activities and can have a direct or indirect impact on students. The new curriculum reform has brought new methods and ideas for the innovation and reform of education and teaching, which requires that teachers must change their educational and teaching concepts, reposition their teaching roles and improve their own teaching level. In the practical work, teachers should update their educational concepts and follow the road of specialization. We should establish system guarantee, establish lifelong learning mechanism and improve the intrinsic quality of teachers.
