维生素是极其重要的营养素。虽然每日需要量极小,以微克或毫克计算,但它们却是维持人体生理功能的必需物质。任何维生素缺乏时,都会影响儿童健康。 维生素分为两种,一种是能溶在水里的叫水溶性维生素,如维生素B_1、B_2、C、PP等。另一种是可溶在油里的叫脂溶性维生素,如维生素A、D、E、K。 Vitamins are extremely important nutrients. Although daily needs are minimal and are measured in micrograms or milligrams, they are essential substances to maintain the body’s physiological functions. Any lack of vitamins, will affect children’s health. Vitamin is divided into two kinds, one is soluble in water called water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin B_1, B_2, C, PP and so on. The other is soluble in oil called fat-soluble vitamins, such as vitamins A, D, E, K.
