目的观察一种脉冲电场空气毒器对空气中黑曲霉菌的杀灭效果。方法采用空气微生物采样器和平板沉降法,对该空气消毒器杀灭室内空气中黑曲霉菌和自然菌的效果进行观察。结果在20 m~3实验室内开启该脉冲电场空气消毒器运行60 min,对室内空气中黑曲霉菌的平均杀灭率为99.93%。在180 m3的办公室内密闭无人条件下,开启该脉冲电场空气消毒器运行1 h,对室内空气中自然菌的平均杀灭率为93.15%,处理后的空气剩余存活菌范围在53~88 cfu/m~3。结论该脉冲电场空气消毒器对室内黑曲霉菌孢子具有较好的净化或杀灭作用,模拟现场和现场消毒实验均可在60 min达到消毒指标要求。
Objective To observe the killing effect of a pulsed electric field air poison machine on Aspergillus niger in the air. Methods The effects of air sterilizers on killing Aspergillus niger and natural bacteria in indoor air were observed by air microbes sampler and plate sedimentation method. Results The pulsed electric field air sterilizer was operated for 60 min in a laboratory of 20 m ~ 3, and the average killing rate of Aspergillus niger in indoor air was 99.93%. When the 180 m3 office was closed and no one was open, the pulsed electric field air sterilizer was operated for 1 h, the average rate of killing natural air in the indoor air was 93.15%, and the remaining viable air in the air ranged from 53 to 88 cfu / m ~ 3. Conclusion The pulsed electric field air sterilizer has a good purifying or killing effect on Aspergillus niger spores in the laboratory. Both disinfection and field disinfection experiments can meet the disinfection target requirements at 60 min.
