随着抗菌药物的广泛应用,细菌的耐药性问题越来越突出,临床治疗耐药菌感染越来越困难,细菌感染性疾病的发病率和死亡率不断升高。细菌耐药性是细菌在抗菌药物的选择压力下进化的必然结果,一方面与细菌自身的固有属性有关,另一方面也可由敏感菌经基因突变而获得。了解细菌的耐药机制,对于防治细菌感染和耐药菌株的播散具有重要意义。
With the wide use of antibacterial drugs, the problem of drug resistance of bacteria is becoming more and more prominent. It is more and more difficult to treat drug-resistant bacterial infections clinically. The incidence and mortality of bacterial infectious diseases are on the rise. Bacterial drug resistance is the inevitable result of the evolution of bacteria under the pressure of antibiotic selection. On the one hand, it is related to the intrinsic properties of bacteria and on the other hand, it can also be obtained by mutation of sensitive bacteria. To understand the mechanism of bacterial resistance, for the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections and drug-resistant strains of dissemination is of great significance.
