1 对象和方法1.1 对象本组男108例,女79例,年龄15～69岁,平均38岁;致伤原因:交通伤118例,坠落伤30例,压砸伤20例,挤压伤19例;格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS):3～5分65例,6～8分112例.患者均有颅内压增高症状和不同程度的意识障碍.其中伤后深昏迷58例,中度昏迷96例,浅昏迷30例,迟发昏迷3例.双侧瞳孔散大并对光反射消失46例,单侧瞳孔散大并对光反射消失59例.头眼反射消失42例,去脑强直57例,双侧巴氏征阳性115例,一侧巴氏征阳性72例.93例合并脑脊液耳、鼻漏;89例有生命
