采用平板菌落计数法测定了共生生金菌的生长曲线,查明了这种微生物的世代时间和比生长率,并就环境pH值对共生生金菌生长情况的影响进行了研究·结果表明,共生生金菌的生长速率是它催化锰氧化反应的关键制约因素,加快共生生金菌的生长速率,是强化碳酸锰矿石微生物氧化过程的有效途径·
The growth curve of symbiotic gold fungi was determined by plate colony counting method, the generation time and specific growth rate of this microorganism were ascertained, and the effect of environmental pH on the growth of symbiotic gold fungi was studied. The growth rate of symbionts is the key factor that catalyzes the manganese oxidation reaction. Accelerating the growth rate of symbiotic gold fungi is an effective way to strengthen microbial oxidation of manganese carbonate ore.
