为了解口服卵磷脂脂质体对动脉粥样硬化兔动脉成形术后再狭窄的影响 ,将 5 0只新西兰兔随机分为五组。观察组、高脂组、假手术组进食高脂饲料 ,手术组和对照组进食普通饲料。观察组、手术组及高脂组分别行左侧髂动脉成形术 ,观察组在动脉成形术后给予卵磷脂脂质体溶液干预。结果发现 ,与高脂组比较 ,观察组左侧髂动脉内径显著增大 ,血管壁增厚 ,胆固醇含量明显减少 ,主动脉粥样硬化面积明显减小 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度明显增加 ,极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇及甘油三酯浓度明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,卵磷脂脂质体能减轻动脉粥样硬化兔动脉成形术后狭窄程度
To understand the effect of oral administration of lecithin liposomes on restenosis after atherosclerotic arterial angioplasty in rabbits, 50 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. The observation group, hyperlipidemia group and sham operation group fed with high-fat diet, while the operation group and the control group fed common diet. The left iliac artery angioplasty was performed in the observation group, the operation group and the hyperlipidemic group, respectively. The observation group was given lecithin liposome solution intervention after the angioplasty. The results showed that, compared with the high-fat group, the left iliac artery diameter increased significantly in the observation group, the vessel wall thickening, cholesterol content was significantly reduced, aortic atherosclerosis area was significantly reduced, high density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration increased significantly LDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations were significantly lower (all P <0.05). The results suggest that lecithin liposomes can reduce the degree of stenosis after atherosclerotic rabbit angioplasty
