目的:应用HPLC法对牛黄解毒片中黄芩苷进行含量测定。方法:选用Hypersil-ODS(5μm,125mm×4mm),甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2)为流动相,检测波长315 nm,流速为0.6 ml·min-1。结果:线性范围为0.148～1.186 mg,(r=0.999 7),平均回收率99.2％,RSD=1.0％。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。药典中规定的黄芩苷的含量限度太低,应有所提高,以素片0.3 g计,每片宜不得少于4.00 mg。 Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets by HPLC. Methods: Hypersil-ODS (5μm, 125mm × 4mm), methanol-water-phosphoric acid (45:55:0.2) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 315 nm, and the flow rate was 0.6 ml·min-1. Results: The linear range was 0.148-1.186 mg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.2% and RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. The limit of baicalin content in the pharmacopoeia is too low and should be increased. For a tablet of 0.3 g, each tablet should not be less than 4.00 mg.
