桓仁铅锌矿地表不允许崩落。由于诸多因素,在矿井下形成了大量的采空区,而采空区的下部还赋存大量矿体急需开采。为了避免采空区塌陷引起的冲击地压带来的安全隐患,满足矿山生产需要,采用留设隔离矿柱方法来隔离上部采空区,避免冲击地压作用。应用FLAC3D程序,通过研究隔离矿柱留设位置、隔离矿柱厚度等因素,分析了留设隔离矿柱对整个采空区应力分布的影响及矿柱自身稳定程度。研究表明,在向阳坑-630水平留设14 m厚的隔离矿柱可以有效缓解应力集中程度及分散地压分布,继而能够保证后续深部矿体安全高效开采。
