研究了在 2 0MnSi钢中添加高氮钒合金Nitrovan 1 2对钢的力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,在钒含量相同的情况下 ,与 80FeV相比 ,添加Nitrovan 1 2的钢 ,抗张强度可提高 1 35MPa ,屈服强度可提高 1 1 7 5MPa ;在保持强度相同或相近的情况下 ,添加Nitrovan 1 2的钢可节约 33 3%以上的钒。钢中添加Nitrovan 1 2合金 ,充分利用了廉价的氮元素 ,促进了V(C ,N)的析出 ,提高了V的沉淀强化效果。研制出可满足Ⅲ级钢筋技术指标要求的经济型建筑用钢筋。
The effect of adding high nitrogen vanadium alloy Nitrovan 1 2 on the mechanical properties of steel in 20MnSi steel was studied. The results show that with the same vanadium content, compared with 80FeV, the addition of Nitrovan 1 2 steel can increase the tensile strength by 35MPa and the yield strength by 1 1 5MPa. When the holding strength is the same or similar, Adding Nitrovan 1 2 steel saves 33 3% or more of vanadium. Addition of Nitrovan 1 2 alloy to the steel makes full use of cheap nitrogen, promotes the precipitation of V (C, N) and enhances the precipitation strengthening effect of V.
