与普通材料相比,在高温下硼酸铝单晶纤维强化的铝合金的性能极佳。然而,这种复合材料在工业上的应用有两个问题。一个是单晶纤维与铝合金中镁元素产生反应,另一个是铝熔液的压缩应力会造成坯件的变形。为了解决这些问题,开发出玻璃粘合剂涂料和生产团粒单晶纤维坯件的技术。此复合材料应用于二冲程汽油机活塞。
Compared with common materials, aluminum borate single crystal fiber reinforced aluminum alloy has excellent performance under high temperature. However, the industrial application of this composite material has two problems. One is the reaction between single crystal fiber and magnesium in aluminum alloy, and the other is the deformation of the blank caused by the compressive stress of aluminum melt. In order to solve these problems, the development of glass binder coatings and the production of single-crystal fiber aggregate blank technology. This composite material is used in two-stroke gasoline engine pistons.
