多角化经营战略是企业走向发展壮大的重要策略之一,其模式选择的合理与否将直接关系到企业的运营绩效。加入WTO后我国企业普遥面临着如何调整经营战略、成功开展多角化经苦的问题。本文在分析多角化经营战略各类模式的主要优势与效应及以资源为基础的竞争优势理论的基础上,结合企业实行多角化经营战略的实践,提出了企业选择多角化经营战略模式所应进循的原则和参照标准。并结合对我国企业开展多角化经营失败的原因分析,提出了较成熟的企业所适宜采取的多角化经营战略模式和其他一系列应注意解决的问题。
Multi-angle management strategy is one of the important strategies for enterprises to grow and develop. Whether the mode selection is reasonable or not will directly affect the operational performance of the enterprise. After joining the WTO, our country’s enterprises are facing the problem of how to adjust their business strategies and successfully carry out diversified economic experiences. Based on the analysis of the main advantages and effects of various modes of diversified management strategies and the theory of resource-based competitive advantage, this paper, combined with the practice of diversified management strategies in enterprises, puts forward that enterprises should adopt diversified management strategies Follow the principle and reference standards. Combined with the analysis of the reasons for the failure of diversified enterprises in our country, we put forward a multi-angle business strategy model suitable for more mature enterprises and a series of other problems that should be solved.
