观察了川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤时细胞膜腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性,脂质过氧化物,氧自由基及心肌组织钙含量的影响。结果显示,与缺血再灌组比较,川芎嗪保护组的心肌细胞膜 Ca~(2+)-ATP 酶和 K~+Na~+-ATP 酶活性分别升高87.6%(P<0.01)和95.4%(P<0.01)心肌细胞膜及线粒体中 MDA 含量则呈非常显著性下降,并伴随 SOD 活性和 GSH.PX/MDA 比值显著性升高,心肌组织钙含量为显著性减少。表明川芎嗪可通过提高对氧自由基的清除及拮抗脂质过氧化反应来保护缺血再灌注损伤心肌。
The effects of tetramethylpyrazine on adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity, lipid peroxidation, oxygen free radicals and calcium content in myocardial tissue of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats were observed. The results showed that the activity of Ca~(2+)-ATPase and K~+Na~+-ATPase in the myocardial cell membrane of the Ligustrazine-protected group increased by 87.6% (P<0.01) and 95.4, respectively, compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group. The MDA content in myocardial cell membrane and mitochondria was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the SOD activity and GSH.PX/MDA ratio were significantly increased. The myocardial calcium content was significantly decreased. It was shown that tetramethylpyrazine can protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing the clearance of oxygen free radicals and antagonizing lipid peroxidation.
