随着医疗改革的不断推进,对医疗服务行业提出了更高的标准,使得传统的预算管理彰显弊端,不适应目前医院的发展趋势。传统预算中的一些不足日益明显,比如在思想上没有形成专业的预算管理观念,预算管理组织体系不健全,对预算管理缺乏规范的操作等。而对于预算信息,很难实现多平台和部门共享。因此,医院要紧跟医改的步伐,应用现代信息技术实现对预算的信息化管理和干涉,保证医院各项服务顺利开展,在增强社会效益的同时提升经济效益。
With the continuous advancement of medical reform, a higher standard is set for the medical service industry, which makes the traditional budget management display its drawbacks and is not suitable for the current development trend of hospitals. Some deficiencies in the traditional budget are becoming increasingly obvious, such as the lack of a professional concept of budget management in ideology, the imperfect budget management organizational system and the lack of standardized operation of budget management. As for the budget information, it is difficult to achieve multi-platform and departmental sharing. Therefore, the hospital should keep up with the pace of medical reform, and apply modern information technology to realize the budgetary information management and intervention so as to ensure the smooth implementation of various hospital services and enhance social benefits while enhancing economic efficiency.
