用俄歇电子能谱(AES)和X光电子能谱(XPS)表面分析技术研究了外科植入材料——316L不锈钢三种钝化膜中元素的组成和化学价以及膜的厚度。三种钝化膜的厚度均为1.0nm左右;电化学钝化膜和化学钝化膜表面形成一层致密的富铬的氧化层,因此,抗腐蚀性优于自然钝化膜,而电化学钝化膜中金属镍明显富集,可能是其腐蚀性又优于化学钝化膜的原因之一。
The composition and chemical valences of the elements in the three kinds of passivation films of 316L stainless steel, as well as the thickness of the films, were investigated by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) surface analysis. The thickness of the three passivation films are about 1.0nm; electrochemical passivation film and chemical passivation film surface to form a dense chromium-rich oxide layer, therefore, the corrosion resistance than the natural passivation film, and electrochemical The obvious enrichment of metallic nickel in the passivation film may be one of the reasons for its corrosiveness and superior to the chemical passivation film.
