At present, the processing of hardened steel and other high hardness materials, mostly rely on grinding, so in the machining site, many problems are related to grinding. The author has carried out the following technological innovations on the problem of hardened steel processing: the selection and application of new materials such as cutting tools and CBN system, the requirements on the vibration and heat resistance after mechanical equipment vibration, and the control technology to maintain the best cutting conditions.
