目的为了解迈瑞BS300型全自动生化分析仪的主要性能,对该仪器作出评价。方法使用病人血清及病人混合血清、英国郎道质控品和标准品,对10个代表项目进行了重复性、日间变化、总变异系数、携带污染率、线性、经时变化、准确度以及与OLYMPUSAU600全自动生化分析仪作50例对比试验测定。结果各代表项目的变异系数较小,仪器的重复性较好,日间变化、总变异系数和经时变化小。仪器的携带污染率很低,线性范围也较宽,准确度高,与日本OLYMPUSAU600全自动生化分析仪对比,各代表项目的相关系数在0.991~0.999之间。结论该仪器的各项主要评价指标均符合设计性能,认为迈瑞BS300型全自动生化分析仪值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the main performance of Mindray’s BS300 automatic biochemical analyzer and evaluate the instrument. METHODS: Repeated, day-to-day changes, total coefficient of variation, carryover rate, linearity, change over time, accuracy, and repeatability were used for 10 representative items using patient sera and patient pooled sera, UK Langer quality control and standards. With OLYMPUSAU600 automatic biochemical analyzer for 50 cases of comparative test determination. Results The coefficient of variation of each representative item was small, the repeatability of the instrument was good, and the day-to-day variation, total variation coefficient, and change over time were small. The pollution rate of the instrument is low, the linear range is wide, and the accuracy is high. Compared with the Japanese OLYMPUS AU600 automatic biochemical analyzer, the correlation coefficient of each representative project is between 0.991 and 0.999. Conclusion The main evaluation indicators of the instrument are in line with the design performance. It is believed that the Mindray BS300 automatic biochemical analyzer is worthy of popularization and application.
