研究了高强软磁不锈钢OCr13Ni4Mo在不同热处理状态下,钢的电磁性能、力学性能、电化学性能的变化。研究结果表明:OCr13Ni4Mo钢通过1000℃固溶处理,再经580℃回火,控制钢中逆变奥氏体在7%~9%之间,可获得电磁性能、力学性能、耐蚀性能皆化的高强软磁不锈钢.
The changes of electromagnetic properties, mechanical properties and electrochemical properties of high strength and soft magnetic stainless steel OCr13Ni4Mo under different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that the electromagnetic properties, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of OCr13Ni4Mo steel are controlled by solution treatment at 1000 ℃, tempering at 580 ℃ and controlled austenite transformation in the steel by 7% ~ 9% High strength soft magnetic stainless steel.
