目的介绍了一种用于门腔分流的磁吻合装置。包含两对子母磁环。它基于磁吻合技术,通过在门静脉和下腔静脉血管内外分别放入母磁环和子磁环后,子母磁环相吸并压迫并固定血管壁,从而在门/腔静脉建立磁吻合口。从而可实现无缝线化门腔侧侧吻合。该装置的优点是操作简单、吻合速度快、吻合效果理想,更重要的是门腔吻合口不会扩张,因而可显著降低肝性脑病的发生率。
