本文阐述了在林产工业纤维板生产线上的一项节能新技术,通过采取技术措施实现蒸汽梯级利用和密闭式系统来回收高温蒸汽凝结水。该技术在内蒙古库都尔林业局人造板厂获得成功后,极大地提高了能源利用率和余热利用率,促进了纤维板产品质量的提高和产量的增加.节能率在原有部分开式回收的基础上,又提高18.4%以上,具有广泛的节能意义和推广价值。
This article describes an energy-saving new technology in the production of industrial fiberboard production lines for forest products. By adopting technical measures to achieve steam cascade utilization and closed systems to recover high-temperature steam condensate. After the success of this technology in the wood-based panel plant of the Kuduer Forestry Bureau in Inner Mongolia, it greatly improved the energy efficiency and utilization of waste heat, and promoted the improvement of the quality of fiberboard products and the increase of production. The energy-saving rate is increased by more than 18.4% on the basis of the original part of open recycling, which has extensive energy-saving significance and promotion value.
