本文在现场实测数据的基础上，指出辊系交叉是四辊冷连轧机工作辊轴向力的最首要因素。从理论上分析了辊系交叉产生轴向力的机理，并提出了减少轴向力的对策。 Based on the measured data in the field, this paper points out that the crossing of roller system is the most important factor of the axial force of the work roll of the four-roller cold tandem rolling mill. The mechanism of the cross-axial force generation of the roller system is analyzed theoretically and the countermeasures to reduce the axial force are proposed.
