在我国经济社会发展进程中,构建并完善功能强大的综合交通运输系统势在必行。区域公路网和城市道路网在综合交通运输系统中地位举足轻重。两者衔接之处的内外交通衔接路网承担着区域和城市的内外交通需求,是决定两个不同运输网络联系、转换效率的关键节点,解决内外交通衔接问题十分迫切。通过温州市区规划实例来讨论和展现Emme软件在内外交通衔接规划中的应用,从需求与供给的角度对衔接路网进行交通系统分析,并基于交通和土地利用互动对多方案进行比选优化。
