有资料表明,安宫黄体酮(醋酸甲孕酮,Med-roxyprogesterone Acetate,MPA)大剂量非肠道投入,可削弱胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的血糖控制,机理尚不清楚。本研究旨在了解 MPA 对糖尿病鼠肝糖代谢的影响。21只重250~300g 的雄 Wistar 大鼠随机分3组。甲、乙两组腹腔内注射链脲菌素(Streptozo-tocin,亚硝基脲化合物,能毁坏胰岛的β细胞,诱发糖尿病)60mg/kg/日,3天后出现糖尿。继而,甲组腹腔内注射 MPA100mg/kg/日,连续7天。乙组则注射0. 9M Nacl 溶液。丙组未作任何处理,
Some data indicate that high doses of parenteral medroxyprogesterone acetate (Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, MPA) can reduce the glycemic control in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, the mechanism of which is unclear.
