本文通过对一个简单的印制板一机壳系统的振动分析,提出如何应用倍频定律来选择印制板和机壳的固有频率。本文把扦入式印制板简化成为一块普通的均匀平板,根据其结构型式,安装方法及其所处的振动环境条件计算它所需的最低固有频率。通过这两个频率的比较来检验所设计的印制板结构是否满足要求。文章的最后部分提出了几种防止印制板在振动环境中疲劳损坏的措施。
In this paper, by analyzing the vibration of a simple printed-circuit board system, this paper proposes how to apply the law of multiplication to choose the natural frequency of printed circuit boards and chassis. This article simplifies the incised PCB into an ordinary flat panel, and calculates the minimum required natural frequency according to its structure, installation method and the conditions of its vibration environment. Through the comparison of these two frequencies to test the design of the printed circuit board structure to meet the requirements. The last part of the article put forward several measures to prevent the printed circuit board in the vibration environment fatigue damage.
