利用计算机控制的发酵罐, 对脱硫微生物的生产条件进行了初步的探讨. 分别进行了pH条件、碳源的选择、最适碳源浓度、氮源浓度和硫源浓度的确定等研究. 采用pH恒定、流加碳源工艺可大大提高菌体生产浓度. 利用具有专一性脱硫活力的微生物休止细胞和细胞裂解液, 处理加氢精制柴油(来自抚顺石油研究院, 硫含量为205 mg/mL左右). 用于脱硫的微生物包括1awq, IG, X7B, ZT, ZCR, 5和6号菌混合液, 燃油的实际有机硫脱除率分别为10.6% ~ 90.3%.
The production conditions of the desulfurized microorganisms were preliminarily investigated by using the computer-controlled fermentor.The pH conditions, the selection of the carbon source, the optimum carbon source concentration, the nitrogen source concentration and the sulfur source concentration were studied respectively.Using pH Constant, flow plus carbon source process can greatly enhance the bacterial production concentration.Using a unique desulfurization activity of the suspension of cells and cell lysate, processing hydrotreated diesel (Fushun Petroleum Institute, the sulfur content of 205 mg / mL ) .The microorganisms used for desulfurization include 1awq, IG, X7B, ZT, ZCR, 5 and 6 bacteria mixture, the actual removal rate of organic sulfur was 10.6% ~ 90.3%.
