目的 :探讨婴幼儿皮肤软组织血管瘤的彩色多普勒超声特征。方法 :对 2 2例经病理证实为血管瘤的彩色多普勒超声表现进行回顾性分析。检测其血管密度 (每平方厘米内血管数 )、动脉收缩期峰值血流速度( PASV)、阻力指数 ( RI)等。结果 :所有瘤体均表现为一实质性低回声团块 ,血管密度为 3~ 8条 / cm2 (平均 5 .3±2条 / cm2 ) ,PASV为 2 3~ 118cm/ s (平均 6 1.11± 2 9.8cm/ s) ,RI为 0 .5 1~ 0 .79(平均为 0 .6 2± 0 .12 )。结论 :婴幼儿皮肤软组织血管瘤彩色多普勒超声血流丰富 ,呈高血管密度 ,血流频谱为高速低阻型。此将对该病的诊断、鉴别诊断具有重要的临床意义
Objective: To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound features of infantile soft tissue hemangiomas. Methods: The color Doppler echocardiographic manifestations of 22 hemangiomas confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The blood vessel density (number of blood vessels per square centimeter), peak systolic velocity (PASV), resistance index (RI) and so on were detected. Results: All tumors presented as a substantial hypoechoic mass with a vascular density of 3 to 8 per cm2 (mean, 5.3 ± 2 per cm2) and PASV, 23 to 118 cm / s (mean, 6,111 ± 2 9.8 cm / s), RI was 0.51 ~ 0.79 (average 0.62 ± 0.12). Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound of infantile skin and soft tissue hemangioma is rich in blood flow and presents with high blood vessel density. The blood flow spectrum is high-speed and low-resistance type. This will be the diagnosis of the disease, differential diagnosis has important clinical significance
