近几年全国许多地区都采用和逐渐推广了人工挖孔桩,其特有的大承载力优势得到了许多设计、施工单位的认可,特别是在扩大的桩基施工中,可以弥补机械施工的一些不足,确实是一种在软弱地基上经济适用的基础形式。人工挖孔桩有着独特的优越性,主要表现为:适应性强,能在狭窄、高差大的恶劣场地环境下施工;直观性强,嵌岩桩可确保入岩深度,孔底弃碴能彻底清除,有利于保证桩基质量;不受地质情况的限制,适用于各类岩土层,施工方便,进度快;设备简单,占用场地小,无泥浆排出,对周围环境及建筑物影响小;施工质量可靠,可全面展开施工,缩短工期,造价低等优点。但在施工中还存在着一些问题:井下作业条件差、环境恶劣、劳动强度大、安全性差。结合在采用人工挖孔桩基础的工程实践中积累的经验,就处理过的一些特殊的技术问题进行总结。
