目的:建立一株人卵巢癌细胞系并进行形态观察。方法:用卵巢癌患者手术切除的组织块进行贴壁培养,胰酶消化,传代培养,液氮冷冻保存和复苏,光镜和电镜观察形态。结果:于1985年建立了国内第一株人卵巢粘液性囊腺癌细胞系,命名为OMC685,细胞已传至91代,冻存8年多的细胞复苏后仍生长良好,性质稳定。光镜和电镜观察证实该细胞系细胞具有腺上皮恶性肿瘤细胞的特性。结论:OMC685是一株性质稳定,可供科学研究应用的人癌细胞系。
Objective: To establish a human ovarian cancer cell line and observe its morphology. Methods: The ovarian cancer patients with surgical excision of the tissue block adherent culture, trypsin digestion, subculture, liquid nitrogen cryopreservation and recovery, light and electron microscopy morphology. Results: The first human ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma cell line was established in 1985 named OMC685. The cells have been passaged for 91 generations. After 8 years of cryopreservation, the cells grew well and were stable in nature. Light and electron microscopy confirmed that this cell line has the characteristics of glandular epithelial malignant cells. Conclusion: OMC685 is a stable human cancer cell line that can be applied in scientific research.
