对YG11C和YG13C两种牌号硬质合金热处理后的微观组织进行了TEM分析。通过电子衍射花样的标定,确认了CoxWyCz物相在淬火回火所得到的面心立方钴(α-Co)中的存在,并结合硬质合金热处理前后抗弯强度的测定,对该类物相在面心立方钴中的作用进行了初步探讨。结果表明:ε-M,Co3W,Co7W6,κ-Co3W9C4等物相在热处理后的硬质合金中可起到强化作用,从而提高硬质合金的抗弯强度
The microstructures of the YG11C and YG13C cemented carbide after heat treatment were analyzed by TEM. Through the calibration of electron diffraction pattern, the existence of CoxWyCz phase in the face-centered cubic cobalt (α-Co) obtained by quenching and tempering was confirmed. Combined with the determination of flexural strength before and after heat treatment of cemented carbide, The role of face-centered cubic cobalt has been explored. The results show that the phase of ε-M, Co3W, Co7W6, κ-Co3W9C4 can be strengthened in the heat-treated cemented carbide to improve the flexural strength of cemented carbide
