采用抗CD_3单克隆抗体和重组白细胞介素2共刺激外周血单个核细胞并经重组白细胞介素2扩增制备抗CD3单克隆抗体激活的杀伤细胞(CD3AK)。细胞化学研究表明56.5%的CD3AK为酸性非特异性酯酶阳性淋巴细胞,糖原过碘酸雪夫反应阳性细胞和酸性磷酸酶阳性细胞较对照增多。
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were co-stimulated with anti-CD_3 monoclonal antibody and recombinant interleukin-2 and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody activated killer cells (CD3AK) were prepared by recombinant interleukin-2 amplification. Cytochemical studies showed that 56.5% of CD3AK was acidic non-specific esterase-positive lymphocytes, glycogen periodic acid Schiff response positive cells and acid phosphatase positive cells increased compared with the control.
