用顺氯氨铂治疗80例多种肿瘤患者,其中43例应用中药止呕方;37例应用胃复安和地塞米松对照观察。呕吐基本抑制率(0～3次/d)中药组83％;对照组49％(p<0.01)。证明中药止呕方能起到优于常规止呕药物的疗效。
Treatment with cisplatin in 80 patients with various tumors, of which 43 cases used traditional Chinese medicine vomiting side; 37 cases were treated with metoclopramide and dexamethasone. The basic inhibition rate of vomiting (0 to 3 times/d) was 83% in the Chinese medicine group and 49% in the control group (p<0.01). It is proved that the Chinese medicine vomiting can be superior to conventional antiemetic drugs.
