:研究广东地区健康青年人鼻声反射参数:鼻限流节段的部位、鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)、鼻腔容积(NCV)和鼻阻力(NR)的正常值,以及它们之间的关系。方法:应用声反射鼻测量计对276例该地区健康青年进行测试,同时对所得到的各种峰型进行分析。结果:73%鼻腔限流节段的部位位于鼻内孔稍后,距前鼻孔的距离(DCAN)为:男1.36±0.53cm,女1.06±0.46cm,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);男女之间的NMCA,MCV及NR无显著性差异。经过多元回归检验,NR与NMCA的相关性最大,与NCV的相关性次之,而与DCAN的相关性不大。结论:提示鼻瓣的意义不在于其位置,而在于其大小;界声反射测量为一种准确客观的鼻腔通气状态测量手段,但不同的人群应有不同的鼻声反射参数的正常值,注意了这一点才可以广泛地用于科研和临床。
: To study the nasal reflex parameters of healthy young people in Guangdong: the site of nasal flow-limiting segments, the normal nasal area (NMCA), nasal volume (NCV) and nasal resistance (NR), and the relationship between them.
