学习主动性是指在学习活动中学生自主产生的一种自觉能动的心理状态,是学生完成学业、取得优异成绩的一种内在心理动因。中职学生主要来自初中毕业生,学习基础薄弱,缺乏学习兴趣和学习动力,但其又是职业技术工作岗位的主要来源与力量,因此,如何激发中职学生的学习积极性与主动性,促使其主动学习,就显得非常重要且具有现实意义。
