目的:应用计划行为理论探讨临床护士主动心理减压意向的影响因素。方法:根据计划行为理论结合常用的心理减压方式设计问卷,方便抽取166名临床护士进行问卷调查,并对问卷进行因子分析。结果:行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制与行为意向呈显著正相关关系(n r值为0.170、0.364、0.609,n P<0.05或0.01);控制年龄、工作年限、最高学历、子女数及婚姻状况等人口学因素后,分层回归分析结果显示,主观规范和知觉行为控制显著正向预测行为意向,解释总变异量的42.70%。n 结论:主观规范和知觉行为控制是影响临床护士主动减压意向的主要因素;计划行为理论用于探讨临床护士主动心理减压意向的影响因素是可行的。“,”Objective:To investigate factors associated with clinicaln * nurses′ psychological relaxation based on theory of planned behavior (TPB).n Methods:Questionnaires were designed based on TPB and common used psychological relaxation methods. 166 clinical nurses participated in this study and factor analysis was used to analyze the designed questionnaire.Results:Attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control was significantly positively related to behavior intention, respectively (n r values were 0.170, 0.364, 0.609, n P<0.05 or 0.01). While controlling for sociodemographic variables, such as age, working years, top qualifications, number of children, and marital status, the hierarchical regression analysis shows that subjective norm and perceived behavior control could significantly positively predict behavior intention, accounting for 42.70% of total variance.n Conclusions:The main influence factors of behavior intention were subjective norm and perceived behavior control; the TPB can be used to explain factors associated with clinical nurses' psychological relaxation intention.
