对盐城市某中学489名住宿生进行膳食调查、血红蛋白(Hb)测定、体格检查及膳食干预治疗。干预前膳食不够平衡,蛋白质供给量不足。钙、维生素A、维生素B2严重供给不足,营养不良发生率较高,贫血发生率较低。干预治疗后营养不良发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。Hb无明显变化(P>0.05)。
A dietary survey, hemoglobin (Hb) test, physical examination and dietary intervention were conducted on 489 boarders in a middle school in Yancheng City. Pre-intervention diet is not balanced enough protein supply. Calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B2 serious lack of supply, malnutrition higher incidence of anemia. The incidence of malnutrition was significantly lower after intervention (P <0.05). Hb no significant change (P> 0.05).
