目的 :中成药传统制剂与进行细胞级微粉加工制成的微粉制剂比较。方法 :对幼年小鼠生长发育及生殖系统的影响 ;对肾虚动物模型的影响 ;对阴虚动物模型的影响。结果 :采用细胞级微粉技术与传统粉碎技术加工原生药材制成的药物 ,在药效学方面存在着明显的差异。结论 :与传统粉碎工艺的制剂比较 ,细胞级微粉技术工艺可提高药物活性。
Objective : To compare the traditional preparations of proprietary Chinese medicines with the preparations of micropowders made by micronized cells. Methods :Effects on the growth and development of the young mice and the reproductive system; The influence of the kidney-deficient animal model; The influence of Yin-deficiency animal model. Results: There were obvious differences in the pharmacodynamics of the drugs made by processing raw herbs using cell-based micropowder technology and traditional pulverization techniques. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional preparations of the comminution process, the cell-based micropowder technology process can improve drug activity.
