目的 为确诊某厂一起不明原因的暴发性疾病及研究其发生原因。方法 应用流行病学调查与分析的方法。结果 该厂是由于食物加工和烹调方法不当而导致维生素B1丢失过多、摄入严重不足而致维生素B1缺乏病的暴发 ,采取大剂量维生素B1治疗后病人全部治愈。结论 不科学的烹调方法极易造成维生素B1损失、摄入严重不足 ,在临床和预防工作中应引起足够的重视。
The purpose is to diagnose a factory with unexplained fulminant disease and to study its causes. Methods Methods of epidemiological investigation and analysis were applied. Results The plant is due to improper food processing and cooking caused by excessive loss of vitamin B1, a serious lack of intake of vitamin B1 deficiency outbreak, take large doses of vitamin B1 after treatment, all patients cured. Conclusion Unscientific cooking method can easily lead to the loss of vitamin B1, which results in a serious shortage of intake of vitamin B1 and should be given sufficient attention in clinical and prevention work.
