为了减小同轴式全铰链双输出脉冲发生机构输出角速度的脉动值,在系统分析曲柄摇杆机构运动特性及其两种装配模式运动规律的基础上,讨论了等价四杆机构(即五杆回路)的基本运动特性和规律。最后利用仿真模型分析了e和d的值对整个运动规律的影响及最佳匹配值,使系统的脉动值降至10.2%,为该脉冲发生机构的尺寸综合与优化奠定了基础。
