用正交实验法研究了硬质合金立铣刀铣削TC18钛合金过程中不同刀具结构参数对切削力的影响规律,并以最小切削力为优化目标,对刀具结构参数进行了优选。结果表明:当刀具参数选择前角为10°,容屑槽角为40°,螺旋角为45°,端齿前角为8°,不等分角为5°时,可获得较低的切削力,此时X向切削力为25.17N,Y向切削力为9.95N,为进一步优化TC18钛合金的铣削参数提供了依据。
The influence of different tool parameters on the cutting force during the milling process of TC18 titanium alloy with carbide end mills was studied by orthogonal test. The optimal cutting tool force was chosen to optimize the structural parameters of the tool. The results show that when cutting parameters are selected as 10 ° rake angle, 40 ° grooving angle, 45 ° helix angle, 8 ° rake angle and 5 ° unequal angle, lower cutting At this time, the X-direction cutting force is 25.17N and the Y-direction cutting force is 9.95N, which provides the basis for further optimizing the milling parameters of TC18 titanium alloy.
