针对赵庄二号井供电系统的越级跳闸问题,分析其产生原因,总结得出整定方法不合理、线路短路造成整定值无法区分和供电系统运行方式差异大是导致越级跳闸的主要原因。提出一种基于智能变电站区域集控的防越级方案,利用GOOSE技术和故障快速隔离技术实现保护测控设备之间的信息秒交换,利用下级变电站保护动作或速断保护功能,提高保护的快速性和选择性,防止越级跳闸的发生。
Aiming at the problem of over-level tripping of power supply system of Zhaozhuang No.2 well, the reason of its occurrence is analyzed.
