目的 探讨初级创伤救治(primary trauma care,PTC)培训模式在医院护理应急救援队急救能力培训中效果,为今后医院护理应急救援队培训提供参考.方法 选取2015年5月-2016年5月采用传统培训模式的符合纳入标准的研究对象设为对照组,2016年6月-2017年6月应用PTC培训模式的研究对象设为干预组.对照组按照医院的应急救援人才培养计划采用常规的讲课+操作示教方式定期开展急救理论和操作培训,干预组的培训内容与对照组相同,按PTC模式进行培训.采用标准对照的方式,探讨PTC的培训效果.结果 PTC培训后,干预组的理论考核成绩、现场演练考核成绩、操作技能、应急处置能力、沟通协调能力、急救管理能力、个人特质以及工作态度得分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组队员急救科研能力得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 PTC模式能有效提高应急队员的理论考核成绩、现场演练考核成绩、操作技能、应急处置能力、沟通协调能力、急救管理能力、个人特质以及工作态度得分,具有推广应用价值.“,”Objective To explore the effect of primary trauma care (PTC) training model on first-aid ability training of hospital emergency rescue teams, and to provide reference for future training in the public. Methods Objects of study were selected as the control group from May 2015 to May 2016 who meet the inclusion criteria, while subjects who ap?plied the PTC training mode from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the intervention group.The control group re?ceived routine first-aid theory and operation training according to the emergency rescue personnel training plan of the hospital. The training content of the intervention group was the same as that of the control group, and the training was conducted according to PTC mode.The training effect of PTC was explored by standard comparison. Results After the PTC training, the scores of the intervention group in theory assessment, field drill assessment, operation skills, emer?gency response ability, communication and coordination ability, first-aid management ability, personal characteristics and work attitude were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P0.05). Conclusions The PTC model can effectively improve the performance of emergency responders in theoretical assess?ment, field drill assessment, operation skills, emergency response ability, communication and coordination ability, first-aid management ability, personal characteristics and work attitude score, and has certain value of promotion and application.
