以椪柑(Citrus reticulata cv.Ponkan)为试材,采用~(14)C同位素示踪和放射性免疫技术等进行研究,结果表明碰柑在第一次、第二次生理落果后,有叶结果枝的着果率高于无叶结果枝。~(14)C示踪结果显示:有叶结果枝在第二次落果期的着果率较无叶结果枝高,原因是它得到了较多的同化产物。而在第一次落果期,无叶结果枝得到的同化产物反而较多,说明营养因素不是第一次落果的限制因子。测定两类结果枝的内源自由态脱落酸(~FABA),发现处于第一次落果期的无叶结果枝中~FABA含量远高于同期的有叶结果枝。叶面喷施赤霉素可提高椪柑的着果率,其作用机制与赤霉素可以调动大量同化产物向无叶结果枝运转有关系。
Citrus reticulata cv. Ponkan was used as test material, and ~ (14) C isotope tracing and radioimmunoassay techniques were used to study the results. The results showed that after the first and the second physiological decapitation, The fruit rate is higher than the leaves without fruiting branches. The results of ~ (14) C tracer showed that the fruiting rate of the fruiting branches in the second deciduous stage was higher than that of the non-foliage branches because of the more assimilation products. In the first deciduous period, however, there were more assimilation products obtained without leafy fruiting branches, indicating that nutritional factors were not the limiting factor for the first fruit drop. The endogenous free-form abscisic acid (~ FABA) was measured in two types of shoots and found that the ~ FABA content of the shoots with no leaves at the first deciduous stage was much higher than that at the same stage. Gibberellin foliar spray can improve the fruit rate of Citrus reticulata, and its mechanism of action and gibberellin can mobilize a large number of assimilation products to non-leaf fruiting branches have a relationship.
