有一个故事与我的经历很相似。一位在内地有着3年秘书工作经验的年轻人刚到特区——深圳,看到某服装公司招聘秘书时,作了充分的准备。 凭着中文系的毕业证和发表的一些文章以及对秘书工作的种种认识,年轻人顺利通过了初试。复试时,不论什么问题,他的回答都令经理非常满意。最后经理问:“如果在本公司工作,多少工资会满意?”这个年轻人估量了一下,在内地时拿800元,深圳肯定会高得多,于是说2000元左右应该合适吧。这时,经理瞪大眼睛说:“那么点!不嫌少?”
A story is very similar to my experience.
