介绍了核磁共振法在研究木素和碳水化合物结构方面的应用情况,介绍了1H-,13C-,29Si-,31P-和19F-核磁共振法,简要介绍了二维核磁共振。文中重点介绍了31P-核磁共振新技术用于木素分析原理及其应用。由于木素中的羧基、酚羟基和醇羟基磷衍生物的31P-NMR核磁共振信号的化学位移在明显不同的区域,因此,可准确测定这些官能团的含量,从不同结构的酚羟基的测定可以了解制浆过程中木素的溶出情况。
The applications of NMR in studying the structure of lignin and carbohydrates were introduced. 1H-, 13C-, 29Si-, 31P- and 19F-NMR methods were introduced.
